Shri Ajay Gupta and Shri Amalpushp Shroti, Advocate for the respondent No.31. Shri Piyush Dharmadhikari, learned Govt. Advocate for the respondents/State. We defer the hearing of these matters as the proceedings before the Supreme Court are slated to be heard on 24.08.2015. Petitioner in Writ Petition No.10859/2015 appears in person. This petition is transferred from Indore Bench, as it involves identical issues raised in the leading writ petition pending before the Principal Seat at Jabalpur being Writ Petition No.8810/2015.

The petitioner submits that it may not be possible for him to appear on every adjourned date for more than one reason. In the light of this submission, it was suggested to the petitioner Vibhor Choupda who is appearing in Writ Petition No.10859/2015, that if he so desires, the Court may appoint amicus curiae to espouse his cause. He has accepted that suggestion. As a result, we have requested Shri Sanjay Verma, learned counsel to appear as amicus curiae to espouse the cause of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.10859/2015. He has graciously accepted that request. For the time being, we are deferring the hearing of these matters. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.10859/2015 shall share the paper-book available with him to the learned amicus curiae or it will be open to the learned amicus curiae to collect one set of paper-book of Writ Petition No.10859/2015 from the Registry of this Court without payment of any cost, before the next date of hearing. To be listed on 26.08.2015. Writ Petition No.14143/2015 Not on Board, taken up upon mention memo. Shri Siddharth Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner. As requested, list this matter on 26.08.2015 along with Writ Petition No.8810/2015 and companion cases for analogous hearing. (A. M. Khanwilkar) (K.K.Trivedi) Chief Justice Judge
