Bappi Lahiri launches Govind Sakariya’s new film with song recording

Renowned Music Director Bappi Lahiri on Firday launched an Untitled Hindi film produced by “Sab Star Movies” with song recording at his Juhu Bangalow residence. Two film songs were also recorded in the voices of Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik and Bappi Lahiri himself at BL Sound recording studio, Juhu, Mumbai.



The film is directed by Govind Sakariya, a noted filmmaker of Gujarati cinema, which is produced by Sanjay Patel, Ashwin Patel, Paresh Patel, Bharat Dodia, Pankaj Dodia. The film is written by renowned Film Writer Praful Parekh who has given bollywood tons of hit films like Welcome Back, Ishq, Raja, Shola aur Shabnam, Dil, Beta etc.




The entire launch event was extensively covered by the National, International print and electronic media. Speaking about the project, Bappi Lahiri said, “This is a fabulous script wrote by my special friend Praful Parekh, who has written many hits like Beta, Dil, Ishque, Welcome Back and directed by Govind Sakariya, known as a well known Gujarati film director. I am sure he will make an excellent movie.”



Speaking to media, Bappi Lahiri said, “I was out of India for almost 4-5 months for a Hollywood film project for which I am nominated for the prestigious Grammy award and I hope I will win it sure by your blessings.” People present there made an instant wish for Bappi da to win the Grammy trophy.



He further said that after coming back to India, he was first time addressing to media for this film and promised after completing some songs again he will speak media.” When asked about what kind of music he is going to create for this film he promised that some songs will be fully disco loaded which is his forte.
