वक़्फ़ बोर्डों, हज मामलात और विश्वविद्यालयों से सलफी (वहाबी) हटाने पर ही देश में कट्टरता समाप्त होने की उम्मीद

नई दिल्ली । भारत के सुन्नी सूफ़ी मुसलमानों की प्रतिनिधि सभा ऑल इंडिया तंज़ीम उलामा ए इस्लाम, जामिया राबिया बसरिया और रज़ा अकादमी के संयोजन से इस सोमवार यानी 8 फ़रवरी को दिल्ली के तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध रणनीति बनाने को लेकर समाज के प्रतिष्ठित उलामा और जनता की राय से जनमत बनाने का प्रयास करेगी। यह बात आज दिल्ली में आयोजित संगठन की प्रेस वार्ता में दी गई।


कार्यक्रम के संयोजक और राबिया बसरिया कोलेज के मेनेजर हाजी शाह मुहम्मद क़ादरी ने बताया कि इस महत्वपूर्ण एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में उलेमाए किराम आतंकवाद के खिलाफ फतवा देंगे और भारत सरकार के नाम एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन में कई राष्ट्रीय और अन्तरराष्ट्रीय मुद्दों पर समाज की राय को रखा जाएगा।

तंज़ीम के प्रवक्ता शुजात अली क़ादरी ने बताया कि ऑल इंडिया तंज़ीम उलामा ए इस्लाम जिस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कर रही है इसमें देश में वहाबी विचारधारा के प्रसार और आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध मनोदशा बनाने की रूपरेखा बनाने पर विचार विमर्श होगा। सभा के बाद भारत सरकार के नाम विस्तृत ज्ञापन भी दिया जाएगा जिसमें कई मुद्दों पर प्रकाश डाला जाएगा। तंज़ीम के पूरे भारत में दस लाख से अधिक लोग सदस्य हैं और वह भारत के सुन्नी सूफ़ी विचारधारा यानी ‘सुन्नत व जमात’ की प्रतिनिधि सभा है जिसमें देश भर के दरगाहों, ख़ानक़ाहों और सूफ़ी मस्जिदों के इमाम समाज के हितार्थ अपनी राय को प्रकट करते हैं। समाज के सम्मुख आ रही समस्याओं जैसे आतंकवाद, कट्टरता, सामुदायिक और साम्प्रदायिक हिंसा और इससे निपटने के मुद्दे पर समाज के अंदर काफ़ी गहमागहमी है। इसी क्रम में ऑल इंडिया तंज़ीम उलामा ए इस्लाम इस सोमवार यानी 8 फ़रवरी को दिल्ली के तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में एक दिवसीय विशाल राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन आयोजित कर रही जिसमे में क़रीब  10 हज़ार सूफ़ी विचारकों के शरीक़ होने की ख़बर है।

उलामा से मुख्य अतिथि मारेहरा शरीफ दरगाह के सज्जादानशीन प्रोफेसर सय्यद अमीन मिया क़ादरी बरकाती होंगे जबकि रज़ा एकेडमी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सईद नूरी सम्मेलन में बताएंगे कि भारत को वैश्विक आतंकवाद से बचाने के लिए हमें तीन मुद्दों पर सक्रीय रूप से कार्य करना होगा। वक़्फ़ बोर्ड से वहाबी क़ब्ज़े हटाने होंगे, हज कमेटियों का पुनर्गठन करना होगा और भारत के स्कूल एवं मान्य विश्वविद्यालयों के पाठ्यक्रम से वहाबी सामग्री हटाकर सूफ़ी वैचारिक इस्लामी शिक्षा की तरफ़ जाना होगा।

प्रेस वार्ता में तंज़ीम के अध्यक्ष मौलाना मुफ़्ती अशफ़ाक़ हुसैन क़ादरी ने कहाकि देश में वक़्फ़ नियंत्रक संस्था ‘सीडब्ल्यूसी’ यानी केन्द्रीय वफ़्फ़ परिषद् और इसके अधीन चलने वाली संस्था राष्ट्रीय वक़्फ़ विकास परिषद् यानी ‘नवाडको’ और राज्य वक़्फ़ बोर्डों में राज्य सरकारों ने अधिकांश वहाबी लोगों को ज़िम्मेदारी दे रखी है जो ना सिर्फ़ वक़्फ़ सम्पत्तियों का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं वरन् सऊदी अरब के इशारे पर वक़्फ़ सम्पत्तियों और वक़्फ़ के अधीन मस्जिदों के इमामों के द्वारा देश में वहाबी विचारधारा के प्रसार के लिए काम कर रहे हैं। यह बहुत गंभीर मसला है और यह तब तक ठीक नहीं हो सकता जब तक कि हम केन्द्रीय वक़्फ़ परिषद्, राष्ट्रीय वक़्फ़ विकास प्रधाकिरण और राज्य के वक़्फ़ बोर्डों का पुनर्गठन कर वहाँ सुन्नी सूफ़ी समुदाय के लोगों और आवश्यकतानुसार शिया प्रतिनिधियों को नियुक्त नहीं करते। क़ादरी ने माना वक़्फ़ बोर्ड भारत में वहाबी विचाराधारा को स्थापित करने वाली सबसे बड़ी सरकारी संस्था बन कर रह गई है। यदि सरकारी विभाग ही वहाबी विचारधारा को प्रश्रय देने वाले अड्डे बनकर काम करेंगे तो हम आम लोगों को वहाबी दुष्प्रचार और कट्टरता से रोकने में किस प्रकार कामयाब हो पाएंगे?  क़ादरी ने कहाकि हमें वक़्फ़ के द्वारा संचालित मस्जिदों और ख़ानक़ाहों का किस प्रकार मानवता, सूफ़ीवाद और शांति के लिए इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए, इसके लिए हमें मिस्र, रूस और चेचेन्या सरकार के फॉर्मूले को समझने की आवश्यकता है।

तंजीम के दिल्ली प्रदेश सचिव मौलाना सगीर अहमद रजवी ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम में अजमेर दरगाह के अंजुमन कमेटी के सचिव सय्यद वाहिद चिश्ती मियाँ, दरगाह आलाहजरत बरेली से मन्नान रज़ा ख़ाँ, सुहैल मियाँ, फ़ुर्क़ान अली, मुईनुद्दीन अशरफ़, फ़तेहपुरी मस्जिद के मुफ़्ती मुहम्मद मुकर्रम अहमद, मुहम्मद हनीफ़ रज़वी, मौलाना ग़ुलाम रसूल बल्यावी, अकबर अली फ़ारूक़ी, तततीर अहमद और मुफ़्ती निज़ामुद्दीन समेत क़रीब 5 हज़ार सूफ़ी उलेमा शरीक़ होंगे। कार्यक्रम की सभी तैयारियाँ पूरी कर ली गई हैं।

All India Tanjeem Ulama e Islam, which represents Sufi Sunni Muslims of India Iis organizing a one day Conference of Ulamas of India who will deliberate on the problems of Indian Muslims and help in formulation of master plan gainst the spread of terrorism. AITUI made formal press staemnet that this conference aims to draw attention towards Radicalization of Muslims by Wahabis extremists and enlightening general Muslims about the threat of Terorism.

Engineer Shujaat Ali Quadri told that AITUI has approximately 10 Lakh members across India and it is an apex organization of Sufi Sunni Muslims of the country. Sufi Sunni Muslims of India are at cross roads today as it is under threat from extremist ideologies, which support terrorism and are misguiding Muslim youth across country. Press was also informed that the Ulamas present at the conference will draft a detailed  memorandum on gist of resolutions passed by the Ulamas atthe conference and a small delegation of Ulamas will go to the Prime Minister’s Office and Home Ministry to present the memorandum to the concerned Minister. According to Shujat, this conference has simple objective of enlightening Muslims about the threat of terrorism being propagated by Wahabis and will address the issue of radicalization, Terrorism, communal and religious violence and the best ways to resolve these issue. This conference aims to highlight the contribution of Petro dollars and Wahabi radicalization to spread of Global Terrorism.

Shujaat informed that Founder of AITUI Maulana Ashfaq Hussain Qadri will be the main speaker will air his views to the gathering at the conference. This Conference will be presided over by Professor Mohammed Amin Mian who is sajjada nashin i.e. head of Marahra Sharif. AITUI expects that the Talkatora will be filled to the brim on February 8th with more than 10,000 people in Talkatora Stadium.

President of Raza Academy, who happens to be cheif guest of this Conference informed the press that this confernce will attempt to enlighten the public about the ways to counter the threat of Global terrorism. He said that in his view a three pronged approach is needed to counter the terrorism threat i.e. removing Waqfs from Wahabi influence, reconstitution of Haj Commmittee and removal of extremist contents from curriculm of Madarsas. This conference will share its feeling that radicalizationis rising in this country as the Ministry officers have fallen under the sway of Wahabis and helped them in knowingly or unknowingly capturing Waqf Boards and other institutions which are now being used to spread terrorism.

He praised the farsightedness of the religious leaders and activism of social workers who have taken it upon themselves to show light to Indian Public including Muslims about the religious sects or ideologies linked to terrorism and the impact of petro dollars.  He said that Indian Muslims want peace and Ulemas have a social obligation towards Indian Public to lead the fight against radicalization and show to the world that Islam is a religion of peace.
