Amitabh Thakur : Aliganj resident Suresh Chandra Shukla’s wife Mamata Shukla, suffering from Hepatitis-C died while being treated at SGPGI, Lucknow. He alleged Dr Vivek Anand Saraswat and Dr Srijeeth Venugopal of Gastroenterology department as being responsible for this, registering a case against them in PGI police station.

Mumbai, Nov 29, 2013: After Shri G.K.Vasan took charge as the Minister of Shipping, it was felt that the ports and other public sector undertakings under the Ministry should give back a part of their profits to the society. Accordingly the decision was taken that a portion of their profits be earmarked for undertaking activities under corporate social responsibility.

Hello, This is sachin. My permanent home is in "Kanpur" and I am doing coaching in "Delhi". Due to sme urgency I went to my home "kanpur" on 20/11/2013" and returning to "delhi" on 24/11/2013 from "shramsakti express.
When I reached "kanpur central platform" on 24/11/2013 to pickup my train shramsakti express at 11:20pm.then on that time 3 policeman who has been on duty in kanpur central platform No1 , reach to my place and without any cause misbehave and abusing me. Even they told me that "They'll file case on behalf of terrorist activities and undisciplined behaviour with us. Without any cause they beaten me and told that they'll give punishment in "Lockup". After that your parents will come and see what we "police" can do? Is this a Law and order?

The Kolkata based Indian Museum will be celebrating its bi-centenary on February 2, 2014. Preparatory to this, the Union Ministry of Culture and the Board of Trustees of Indian Museum have decided to upgrade the Museum to world heritage class standards by modernizing the displays, signages, security, galleries and other related matters. As a sequel to this, condition survey assessment work was taken up and restoration work of the building housing the Indian Museum is in progress.
Celebration of the bi-centenary year will be an year long affair. Programmes of various activities like exhibitions, seminars, cultural activities, interactions and so on followed by release of a first cover stamp will form part of the celebrations.

Hero Cycles launches micro finance initiative to help people purchase bicycles
New Delhi, 22nd October, 2013: Hero Cycles Ltd, the world’s largest manufacturer of bicycles, is tying up with financial institutions in several parts of the country as part of a first of its kind initiative to provide loans to people of the weaker sections, enabling them to buy bicycles.

Decline of State/UT Data and use of premature UDISE data in RMSA is threat to Country’s education system
Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) was launched in 2009 with the bjective to enhance access to secondary education and improve its quality. The scheme envisages, inter alia, enhancing enrolment at secondary stage by providing a secondary school within a reasonable distance of any habitation with an objective to ensure GER over 90% by the end of the 12 Plan period and universal retention by 2020. The other objectives include improving quality of education imparted at secondary level through making all secondary schools conform to prescribed norms, removing gender, socio-economic and disability barriers etc.

We booked Apartment Flat on April 2010 @ 14 +1 = 15 Lakh and as per agreement, Builder suppose to complete the Project by November 2012. Instead of Completing the project Builder asking Extra amount of approax 11 Lakhs (8.51 Lakhs + Taxes) . Otherwise Builder Threatening to Cancel the Flat. We have already paid 95% of Total amount as per agreement.

Khudai Khidmatgar Delegation demands immediate action on the Muzaffar Nagar Communal Violence
Khudai Khidmatgar Delegation met Chairman of National Commission for Minorities, NHRC and all major Political parties including BJP and demands them to co operate to bring normal condition in Muzaffar Nagar. The Delegation lead by Khudai Khidmatgar Secretary Inamul Hasan,Moulana Fateh Mohd, Mohd Faizan, Verma Ji and members of other Civil societies. While having discussion with Chairman of Minority commission Wajahat Habibullah said that, this is the worse condition that happened in Western Uttar Pradesh, we should demand all section of societies to maintain peace and perform combined activities on communal harmony in the area, apart from that relief material should be distributed to the affected people as much as possible in sooner manner.
